2016 "Chinese Bridge Summer Camp" 汉语桥夏令营
The Chinese Bridge Summer Camp will provide the opportunity for American students to experience the rich history, diverse culture and customs, and rapid economic development of China. The trip includes visiting historical and modern landmarks in Beijing, participating a language and cultural camp in Wuhan, making own Chinese ceramics in China’s Capital of Porcelain, Jingdezhen, meeting with Chinese students in a local school, and more!
The trip is sponsored by Hanban/Confucius Institute Headquarters in Beijing. Majority of the expenses in China will be subsidized by Hanban. Travelers have to pay international air ticket, Chinese visa fee, insurance, accomodation and transportation in Jindezhen, and program fee. This trip is organized by Confucius Institute at Bryant University. Travels and activities in China are supported by Bryant's partner school, China University of Geosciences in Wuhan (CUG).

Travelers are required to attend 2016 STARTALK Chinese Language and Culture Program at Bryant University from July 11 to July 22, and two pre-trip orientations held at Bryant in June and July (dates to be announced). STARTALK program application is available at http://china.bryant.edu
